1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2-1/2 cups walnuts
In a heavy saucepan bring sugar, sour cream and butter to a boil. Cook gently to soft ball stage; 238 degrees, stirring often. Cool; add vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in walnuts. Spoon onto buttered foil.
Yield: 2 dozen.
