500 g green cabbage, shredded 1 lb
50 ml red onions, chopped 1/4 cup
2 granny smith apples, chopped
125 ml walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup
50 ml cider vinegar 1/4 cup
50 ml apple juice or cider 1/4 cup
7 ml honey 1 1/2 tsp
15 ml fresh parsley, chopped 1 tbsp
salt & pepper to taste
In a large bowl; combine first 4 ingredients. In a small bowl; whisk together vinegar, apple juice and honey. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing on vegetables and toss. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh parsley.
