Butte Creek Mill 7-Grain Bread for ABM

1 1/2 cups minus 3 tablespoons water
4-1/2 teaspoons vegetable shortening
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups 7-grain bread flour (see note)
1 cup white bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons buttermilk powder
2 teaspoons active yeast

Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.

Select Basic bread cycle and desired crust setting; start machine.

Makes a 2 pound loaf.
