Breakfast Firecracker

We start with a Popover that has a little added fire:

1 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 small Hot Peppers of your choice, diced fine

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir until blended, pour into greased popover pan and place into a cold oven. Set oven for 450 degrees an close the door for 30 minutes: No Peeking!

When the Popovers are still hot, slice off the tops and fill with:

Scrambled eggs, topped with Salsa, and a dollop of Sour Cream .
OR
Blueberries topped with Wiped Cream and a Strawberry on Top.
