Breakfast Cinnamon Puffs

1/3 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1-1/2 Cups Flour, sifted
1-1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Milk

Topping:
1 Stick Butter, melted
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350. Place butter, sugar, and egg in a large bowl and mix. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately, ending with milk. Fill muffin cups 2/3-full and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Roll the hot muffins in melted butter, then in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Hint:
These are BEST when baked in mini-muffin tins.
