This variation of Ranch dressing also makes a great dip.
Makes 1-1/4 cups
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Buttermilk
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoons Blue cheese
Whisk together all ingredients. Use immediately or refrigerate (covered) until needed.
