2-1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil
3 cups flour
4 eggs
l cup baking cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 l/4 cup prepared coffee (cooled)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine sugar and oil. Beat in eggs one by one. Combine dry ingredients. Alternately adding dry ingredients with coffee. Add 1 vanilla. Usually baked in a greased and floured tube pan at 350 for 1 hour.
