Black Forest Pumpernickel for ABM

1 1/8 cups water
1/3 cup molasses
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup rye flour
1 cup whole-wheat flour
3 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder (optional)
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
2 teaspoons dry yeast

Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.

Select Sweet bread cycle and Light Crust; start machine.

Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf.
