Beer Batter 2

1/2 cup beer
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs

Blend on high until smooth. Dip fresh shrimp, mushrooms or veggies. Put on flat pan and chill for one hour. Deep fry.
