Beefy Bulgar Meatloaf

Save money and increase fiber by mixing beef and bulgar in this tasty, savory meatloaf!

1 cup cooked bulgar
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 medium (1/2 cup) onion, finely chopped
1 pound lean ground beef
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Heat oven to 350*F. Combine bulgar, 1/4 cup chili sauce, green pepper, onion, ground beef, egg, salt and pepper in large bowl. Pat meat mixture into ungreased 8×4-inch loaf pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until no longer pink.

Top with remaining chili sauce. Continue baking for 7 to 10 minutes or until sauce is heated through. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
