1.3 kg small potatoes 2 1/2 lb
75 ml fresh basil, chopped 1/3 cup
75 ml sour cream 1/3 cup
20 ml dijon mustard 4 tsp
2 ml salt 1/2 tsp
1 ml pepper 1/4 tsp
In a large saucepan; cook potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes or until tender; drain.
In a small bowl; add basil, sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper.
Add to potatoes and serve or roughly mash.
