2 eggs.
2 Cups of confectioners sugar.
1 stick of margarine, softened.
1 teaspoon of vanilla.
3 bananas, sliced.
1 (8 ounce) can of crushed pineapple, drained well.
1 (8 ounce) container of Cool Whip.
1 Cup of pecans, chopped.
1 small jar of maraschino cherrys, drained well.
Crust
2 Cups of graham cracker crumbs mixed well with half of a stick of butter.
Make the crust by firmly packing the crumb and butter mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9 X 12 inch pan. Set aside.
Make filling by mixing the eggs, sugar, margarine, and vanilla for about 15 minutes or until silky smooth. Spread filling over crust.
Add a layer of bananas, then a layer of pineapple, then cover with Cool Whip.
Top with the pecans and the cherrys.
Chill at least 3 hours, best if overnight.
