Baked Potatoes and Cheese

4 potatoes, unpeeled & cut into strips
50 ml milk 1/4 cup
2 ml tabasco sauce 1/2 tsp
2 ml salt 1/2 tsp
250 ml cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup

Dry potatoes on paper towels. Place on lightly greased baking dish.

In a small bowl; mix milk, tabasco sauce and salt. Pour over potatoes and mix well. Bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven, uncovered, until potaoes are tender crisp, about 45 minutes, stirring once. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese is melted, approximately 5 minutes longer.
