Bailey’s Irish Cream

1 each 14 ounce tin evaporated milk
1 each 14 ounce tin condensed milk (sweet)
2 teaspoon glycerin (USP)
1 tablespoon (scant) instant coffee powder
1-1/2 Cups (12 oz) Whiskey
1 tablespoon water (?)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Whisk together for 10 minutes. Bottle.
