2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3 cups of bread flour
1/4 cup of semolina (durum)
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of milk powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of bread improver
2 tablespoons of Basil Pesto Mix (or from a bottle)
320 ml water (up to 340 ml can be used)
Basil Pesto Mix (if you use this for steak or pasta add the juice of a lime and keep it in the fridge)
In a processor mix:
1/3 cup of olive or corn oil
1/3 cup of pine nuts
1 cup of fresh basil
1/3 cup of Parmesan Cheese
2 cloves of garlic (or lots more)
a grind of black pepper
