500 g asparagus 1 lb
15 ml olive oil 1 tbsp
125 ml orange juice 1/2 cup
2 garlic clove, minced
1 ml salt 1/4 tsp
5 ml poppy seeds 1 tsp
Wash and trim asparagus. Place in baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Add remaining ingredients. Roast in preheated 400 F (200 C) for 25 minutes.
