Apple Crisp

1/2 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
apples, pared and sliced
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup flour

Fill and 8 x 8-inch pan with apples, then add sugar and cinnamon to taste. Blend margarine, brown sugar, oatmeal and flour. Spread on apple mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven until top is brown and crisp.

This topping may be used on rhubarb or peaches, also.
