4 lean pork chops
1 onion, sliced
5 ml ketchup
1 apple, peeled & sliced
15 ml brown sugar
In a large skillet with small amount of oil; brown pork chops.
In a separate skillet; lightly brown onion. Add ketchup when onion is brown.
Place pork chops into casserole dish. Layer onions and apples on top. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Cover and bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 1 hour.
