Apple and Date Mousse

1 lb (455g) apples
1/2 lb (225g) dates
juice of an orange
1 tablespoon coconut cream
stew the apples until soft

Wash, stone and chop the dates into small pieces and mash well with the apple. Add the orange juice and beat in the nut cream while the mixture is still hot. Pour into dish and leave to cool.
