2-1/4 cp flour
5 tablespoon corn starch
1 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cp soft butter
1/2 can almond paste (not filling)
1-1/4 cp sugar
1/2 cp milk
4 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and almond paste until fluffy. Add sugar, gradually add eggs, one at a time. Mix in flour mixture and milk alternately. Bake in greased 9×5 loaf pan for 1 hour. Double recipe for a Bundt pan and bake 75 min. Cool 10 min. and turn out from pan and cool completely. Serve with powdered sugar or orange glaze or chocolate glaze.
