12 ounces Claim Jumper barbecue sauce*
8 ounces Italian salad dressing, any variety
6 ounces soy sauce
6 ounces beer, any variety
3 ounces Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients. Add desired meat and marinate at least 1 hour before cooking.
* If you cannot get Claim Jumper Barbecue Sauce, use KC Masterpiece instead.
