1 cup Chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Pine nuts
1/2 cup Chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup Olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
8 Garlic cloves
Place all ingredients in food processor or in blender; cover and process until smooth.
This recipe yields about 1-1/2 cups of sauce.
