Red Robin Restaurants Creamy Horseradish Sauce

3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup horseradish, drained
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh garlic
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper

Drain excess juice from horseradish.

Measure ingredients into bowl and mix thoroughly with wire whip.

Place mixture into a storage container. Refrigerate.
