2 eggs
2 tablespoon Droste® (Dutch process) cocoa powder/ Or Nestles baking Cocoa
1-2 teaspoon tahini sauce (to taste)
1-2 teaspoon light brown sugar (to taste)
Lightly oil cast iron* skillet. Break eggs into cold skillet. Add other ingredients. Scramble with egg whisk (preferable) or fork. Turn heat on low setting. Keep scrambling the mixture whilst it is cooking. Be patient, it will take 20 minutes or more until the eggs set (low heat and patience are the secret of cooking eggs). Good for breakfast or dessert, as the taste is similar to chocolate pudding.
