Portions: 2 Tablespoons (1-AA Ladle) Each
3 quarts (4 lb or 4-Jumbo can) mushrooms, canned
1 cup (8 ounces) butter or margarine
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper, black
Drain mushrooms; reserve liquid. Saute mushrooms lightly in butter or margarine. Combine reserved liquid with Worcestershire sauce and pepper; heat to a boil. Add to mushrooms.
NOTE:
8-No. 8Z can canned mushrooms may be used.
