Deviled Ham Appetizers for 100

2 quart Flour
5 tablespoon Baking Powder
8 teaspoon Salt
1-1/2 cup Shortening
2 Pints Milk
2 Pints Deviled Ham, canned
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoon Horseradish, prepared
4 teaspoon Mustard, prepared
2/3 cup Butter, melted

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Cut in shortening. Stir in milk. Knead lightly. Roll dough one-eighth inch thick. Cut 200 rounds, 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Mix deviled ham, onion, Worcestershire sauce, Horseradish sauce and mustard. Spread on 100 biscuit rounds. Cut centers from the other rounds. Place doughnut-shaped pieces on spread rounds. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 450 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes.
