4 large potatoes, peeled & cubed
125 ml grainy mustard 1/2 cup
60 ml liquid honey 5 tbsp
2 ml dried thyme leaves, crushed 1/2 tsp
In a large saucepan, cook potatoes until just tender; drain.
In a small bowl; combine mustard, honey and thyme. Pour sauce over potatoes and toss gently . Pour potatoes and sauce onto baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 375 F (190 C) oven for 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
