Schlotzsky’s Deli Chicken Caesar Salad

5 ounces Romaine lettuce
3/4 ounce Parmesan cheese
2-1/2 ounces chicken breast, sliced
1/2 ounce mozzarella cheese
Caesar salad dressing
Lemon wheel for garnish
Italian croutons

Cut romaine lettuce, wash and drain. Sprinkle parmesan cheese, chicken strips, mozzarella cheese on top. Add dressing and croutons.
