Salmon in Lobster Bisque

Preheat oven and start pastry shells per package directions (or you can just use toast)

Spray large fry pan with garlic flavored Pam.

Sauté until salmon is slightly browned:
1 can salmon, deboned
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, or to taste
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
lemon-pepper to taste
parsley flakes (optional)

Add:
1 can Bookbinders Lobster Bisque
1/3 cup Gerwurtzraminer wine
1/4 cup half and half

Cook until heated thoroughly. Do not boil. Serve in pastry shells or over toast.
