500 g fresh snow peas 1 lb
1 large shallot, sliced
10 ml peanut oil 2 tsp
1 ml toasted sesame oil 1/4 tsp
15 ml teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp
125 ml grape or cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup
10 ml sesame seeds, toasted 2 tsp
10 ml sesame seeds, toasted 2 tsp
In a skillet, cook shallot in hot peanut oil and sesame oil over medium heat until tender. Add pea pods and teriyaki sauce. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until pea pods are tender crisp. Add tomatoes, cook 1 minute more. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
