Low Fat Fresh Citrus Dressing

Makes 8 servings

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon granulated sugar substitute, or 1-1/2 packets
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 dash white pepper

Combine all ingredients. Whisk before serving
