2 large onions, peeled
2 large oranges, peeled
2 large tomatoes
1 head romaine lettuce, trimmed & rinsed
1/3 cup italian salad dressing
Thickly slice onions; place in bowl with ice water and let stand one hour. Drain.
Thickly slice oranges and tomatoes, set aside.
On large serving plate, arrange romaine leaves, top with onion slices. On each onion slice, layer orange then tomato. Drizzle with dressing.
