125 ml milk 1/2 cup
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted (10 oz / 284 ml)
1 package cream cheese, cubed (8 oz / 227 g)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 ml ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp
.5 ml pepper 1/8 tsp
1 kg potatoes, peeled & sliced 2 lb
1 small onion, chopped
In a saucepan; heat milk over medium heat until bubbles form around side of saucepan. Remove from heat. Add soup, cream cheese, garlic, nutmeg and pepper. Stir until smooth.
Place potatoes and onions in slow cooker. Pour milk mixture over potatoes. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or until potatoes are tender.
