Dorothy Lynch Style Salad Dressing

1 can condensed tomato soup
1 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar (or less)
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp.. pepper
1/8 ts. garlic powder (+ or – to taste)
1 teaspoon celery seeds

Blend in blender.
