Rich but so good. Can be served as an appetizer or a sandwich
6 slices Mozzarella Cheese
12 slices Prosciutto or Cooked Ham
12 thin slices White Bread, trimmed of crust
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Dry Bread Crumbs
1/2 c. Sifted Flour
1 c. Milk
2 Eggs, beaten
1 c. Olive Oil
Place a slice of cheese between 2 slices of ham, then place
between 2 slices of bread. Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles.
Combine the salt, bread crumbs, and flour on a piece of wax paper.
Dip the sandwiches in milk, then in bread crumb miture and
finally the eggs.
Heat half the oil in skillet. Fry the sandwiches in it till
browned, adding oil as necessary.
