Baked Rice Pudding

2 cups Rice; cooked
1-1/2 cups Milk, 1% low fat
1 cup Raisins
2 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Yield: 4 servings

Combine all ingredients. Pour into a casserole, cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. May be served hot or cold.
