750 ml mixed fresh fruit salad in juice
1-1/2 teaspoon corn starch
2 teaspoon liquor of choice
Drain juice from mixed fruit salad. Spread fruit evenly over flatbread. Add corn starch to juice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer until reduced and thickened. Add liquor to juice mixture and pour glaze evenly over fruit. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven at 375 to 400 deg F, until warm. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
