Orange Sherbet Salad Mold

1 6 ounces package orange gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup orange juice
1 quart orange sherbet
1 can ( 11 ounces ) mandarin oranges drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Whisk in orange juice and sherbet to dissolve. Refrigerate until partially set.Pour over oranges arranged on bottom of 6 cup mold. Chill firm.

Serves 8.
