Brie
4 Tablespoons milk
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
Coat the cheese with (one after the other) milk, flour, slightly beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Repeat the procedure a second time, that way the cheese will not break open while it bakes. Put the breaded cheese in the refrigerator for a couple of minutes. Then deep fry at 350 degrees F for 3 to 5 minutes.
