Cracked Peppercorn Honey Mustard

Yield: 4 Containers

2-1/2 c Dijon mustard
1 Jar (9 1/2 ounces) extra-grainy dijon mustard
3/4 c Honey
2 tablespoons Cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon Dried tarragon leaves (opt.)

Combine Dijon mustard, grainy Dijon mustard, honey, pepper and tarragon in medium bowl. Blend with wire whisk.

Spoon in 4 labeled1-1/4 cups containers. Store refrigerated up to 4 weeks.

Makes: 4 ( 1-1/4 cup) containers.
