30 ml oil 2 tbsp
575 g small new potatoes 1 1/4 lb
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
10 small cloves of garlic
salt & pepper to taste
In a large skillet; heat oil. Add potatoes and cook until evenly browned, stirring often. Add onions and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Add a small amount of water cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
