Peppers kg. 1,
a cup of sauce,
3 tablespoon vinegar,
3 tablespoon sugar,
olive oil,
salt,
black pepper.
Slice peppers and brown with oil, salt and black pepper. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes until soft.
Add sauce, and sugar you have previously diluted in vinegar. Cook for a while, taste and if necessary add some more vinegar.
Place on a dish and serve cold.
