Salmon and Dill Canapes

Yield: 24 Canapes

4 ounces Piece smoked salmon, flaked with skin and bones removed
4 ounces Cream cheese
2 tablespoons Sliced green onion
1 tablespoon Snipped fresh dill
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 dash Pepper
24 slices Party rye bread

In a small mixing bowl combine salmon, cream, cheese, green onion, dill, lemon juice and pepper. Cover; chill up to 24 hours. To assemble canapes, spread 1 to 2 teaspoons of the salmon spread on top of each bread slice.
