24 frozen tart shells (2 inch / 5 cm)
125 ml fresh or canned shrimp 1/2 cup
250 ml mayonnaise 1 cup
10 ml lemon juice 2 tsp
125 ml cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 cup
2 ml worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp
50 ml onion, chopped 1/4 cup
50 ml celery, chopped 1/4 cup
paprika
Combine shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cheese, worcestershire sauce, onion and celery. Fill tart shells with mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 F (200 C) for 4 to 6 minutes or light brown.
