6 large potatoes
500 ml sour cream 2 cup
250 ml old cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup
250 ml green onions, chopped 1 cup
salt & pepper to taste

Boil potatoes for no more than 15 minutes; drain. Cool and grate. Add onion, sour cream, salt and pepper. Place in a well buttered casserole; sprinkle with grated cheese and lots of paprika. Cover and chill for 12 to 24 hours.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 F (180 C) for 50 to 60 minutes.
