2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon dillweed
2 cups ground corn flakes
2 pounds flounder fillets
Tartar sauce for accompaniment
Lemon wedges for accompaniment
Preheat oven to 375*F.
In small bowl, combine melted butter and lemon juice. In shallow pie plate, combine salt, pepper, dillweed, and crushed corn flakes
Cut flounder into serving portions. Dip in butter mixture. Coat with seasoned cereal mixture. Arrange in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes.
Serve with tartar sauce and lemon.
