15 ml vegetable oil 1 tbsp
15 ml fresh ginger, chopped 1 tbsp
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 bok choy, sliced
1 yellow pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 ml hot pepper flakes 1/4 tsp
25 ml soy sauce 2 tbsp
5 ml sesame seeds 1 tsp
In wok or large skillet, heat oil on high. Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until just soft. Add remaining ingredients except sesame seeds and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until bok choy is just soft. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with rice and favourite meat or poultry.
