Oriental Pork and Green Beans

2 teaspoons olive oil
4 ounces pork steaks, sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
4 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 pound fresh green beans
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Heat a non-stick skillet; add olive oil. Stir in sliced pork steaks and crushed garlic cloves, cook until light brown. Add sliced green onions, cilantro, and chopped tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a saucepan boil green beans in a small amount of water until tender. Drain. Combine the beans with pork, chopped tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Serve.

Makes 4 servings.
