Red Cabbage Salad

1/2 medium red cabbage, finely shredded 1/2
1/2 medium green cabbage, finely shredded 1/2
2 scallions, finely chopped
40 ml olive oil 3 tbsp
10 ml white wine vinegar 2 tsp
2 ml french mustard 1/2 tsp
5 ml caraway seeds 1 tsp

In a large bowl; combine cabbages and scallions.

In a glass jar with lid; place oil, vinegar, mustard and caraway seeds and shake well.

Pour dressing over salad, toss lightly to combine and serve immediately.

Serves 6
