3 large eggs
2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups blackberries
1 cup chopped pecans
2 (9-inch) baked pie shells
Whisk eggs, dark brown sugar, light corn syrup, melted butter, salt, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1 1/4 cups blackberries and 1 cup chopped pecans.
Pour into two baked pie shells and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling bubbly.
